Shipping
Nothing is stitched until you order it, so the timeline is two numbers rather than one.
The timeline
| Stage | How long |
|---|---|
| Stitching your letter | 3–5 business days |
| In transit, United States | 5–10 business days |
| Typical total | About two weeks |
There is no warehouse full of finished caps waiting for a label. Your letter is embroidered after the order is placed, which is the whole reason you can have any of twenty-six and not just the one somebody guessed would sell.
Cost
| Where | Cost |
|---|---|
| United States | Free over $75, otherwise $6 |
| Everywhere else | Not yet — we ship within the U.S. only |
There is no overnight or next-day option, and we would rather say so than sell you one. Nothing can arrive tomorrow when it has not been stitched yet.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel is scanned, which is at the end of the stitching stage rather than the day you order. If it has not moved in five business days after that, write to us and we will open a trace with the carrier and send a replacement without waiting for the outcome.
If it is a gift
Count back two weeks from the date it needs to be in their hands, and add a few days of margin in December. Order by then and you are comfortable. Order the week of, and we cannot promise it.
Still stuck? Write to support@bartackco.com and a person answers, usually inside a business day.
